As the Colorado legislative session moves into its critical final weeks, this event will provide timely updates on the policies and legislation impacting contractors across the state, including NUCA of Colorado’s Retainage Bond Bill (HB26-1311). This legislation, developed by NUCA of Colorado, would allow contractors and subcontractors to utilize a retainage surety bond in lieu of cash retainage on private construction contracts, helping improve cash flow and modernize contracting practices across the industry.
