Virtual Safety Roundtable: Is Your Safety Committee Working
Date: Wednesday, October 8, 2025 Time: 10:00–11:00 a.m. Mountain Time (virtual) Hosted by: NUCA of Colorado Audience: Safety professionals, superintendents, HR/risk managers, and anyone responsible for OSHA documentation or jobsite compliance.
Safety committees are a common tool in construction, but are they really making a difference on your jobsites? Too often, committees meet and the group leaves without creating real accountability or cultural change.
At this roundtable, we’ll open the floor to discuss how we are running our safety committees and what’s actually working. One member company will share a case study of a redesigned program that uses weekly assessments, peer accountability, leadership support, and mentorship to build ownership and positive momentum in the field.
We want to hear your experiences too. How does your safety committee operate? What challenges have you faced? What ideas could help all of us improve.
Registration: Complimentary for NUCA of Colorado members; Non-members welcome to attend as guests – come see the value of being part of NUCA!
